At the same time, liaison officer shall have professional knowledge, service means, security awareness, and acknowledge rules and laws to provide service and help to Chinese citizens in India. Afterwards, Ambassador Zhaohui Luo witnessed the signing of the letter of commitment by the consular protection liaison officers, issued a letter of appointment to the consular protection liaison officers, and took photos with representatives from all walks of life attending the meeting.
