Cinda Securities acted as the exclusive main underwriter, with a total issue size of not more than 1 billion yuan, an issue period of 1 year, the first issue of 500-million-yuan, coupon interest rate of 2.25%, and a subscription multiple of 4.28 times. This bond is the first blue bond in Shanghai, and it has the lowest interest rate in the history of blue bond issuance in China.

Blue bond is a bond that raises funds from investors for sustainable marine economic projects through public offering or private placement, and is the application of green bond in the marine field. No less than 70% of the funds raised by this bond will be used for the offshore wind power installation, operation and maintenance vessel project, which will be specialized in the installation and construction of large offshore wind turbines and operation and maintenance operations after completion, which will have a positive impact on the sustainable development of the blue marine economy.
