Participants praised Chen's enlightening presentation, which offered systematic insights into labor risks, preventive measures, and practical operations, helping to address common labor disputes.

On June 21st, the Landing National Digital Economy Committee invited Mr. Zheng Helong, General Manager of Colliers International Hangzhou and Executive Director of Integrated Operations for East China Projects, to provide training on "New Demands Arising from New Business Models in the Real Estate Industry." Mr. Zheng comprehensively introduced Colliers International's full range of services and the resulting legal demands. He outlined the evolving landscape of the real estate industry, spanning 12 business sectors, including strategy, project management, marketing planning, office location selection, project agency, retail, industrial park construction, industry and industrial real estate, cultural tourism, property management, asset assessment, and investment.

They will mobilize both parties' extensive networks, combining legal and real estate industry experts to empower businesses.
