On the morning of May 12, 2023, Attorney Liu Yixing, the Director of Landing Global Committee, Senior Partner Attorney Li Yueqing, and Xue Wenyang visited Shanghai Jiao Tong University's KoGuan Law School upon invitation. They were taken on a tour of the Qian Xuesen Library, and both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the practice of foreign-related legal businesses and the joint cultivation of high-end foreign-related legal talents.

Dean Peng Chengxin reviewed the development history of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and focused on introducing the characteristics of foreign legal talent cultivation at KoGuan Law School. As one of the first universities in Shanghai to cultivate foreign-related legal talents, KoGuan Law School is committed to educating for the party and the nation, emphasizing the cultivation of international legal talents, guiding students to explore the construction and development of rule of law on the world stage. In recent years, the school has been sending students and graduates abroad for further studies and internships at international organizations. In the future, the school plans to establish collaborative training innovation bases, set up international law colleges, and is dedicated to cultivating more "highly specialized and urgently needed" foreign-related legal talents, striving to build a world-class law school.

Attorney Liu Yixing reviewed the development history of foreign-related legal business since the establishment of Shanghai Landing Law Offices. Since its inception, Landing, with the guiding principle of "absolute specialization and strong internationalization", adheres to the talent cultivation philosophy of equality, freedom, and respect. They have been actively involved in the "Belt and Road" foreign-related legal business and have always focused on the cultivation of high-end foreign-related talents. Attorney Liu praised KoGuan Law School's efforts and achievements in foreign-related legal talent cultivation and legal education reform. He suggested that Landing collaborates with KoGuan Law School to initiate the "Jiao Da Hundred Students Overseas Practice Project", aiming to jointly cultivate a hundred foreign-related senior lawyers and a large number of high-end foreign-related legal talents in two to three years to meet the practical needs of China's economic development.

Dean Peng Chengxin believes that Attorney Liu Yixing's sense of duty towards the country, Landing's democratic philosophy, and KoGuan Law School's talent cultivation philosophy are highly compatible. He expressed willingness to collaborate with Shanghai Landing Law Offices in various ways, such as co-establishing an international law school and launching the "Jiao Da Hundred Students Overseas Practice Project". Leaders from the school and Landing attorneys subsequently engaged in in-depth interactions and discussions, laying a solid foundation for the next steps of their collaboration.
