On July 21, 2021, the criminal department of Landing Law Offices gathered together for a dinner to welcome lawyers Ren Wang, Junhui Ji, Zheng Liu, and Yan Zhu, as well as trainee lawyers such as Qin Zhang,  Shenglan Shen, and Tao Shi, and to farewell to lawyer Ou Zhang who was about to aid Tibet.

At the beginning of the dinner, Lawyer Lei Tian, director of the criminal department of Landing Law Offices, gave an opening speech. Lawyer Lei Tian said that under the background of Landing's rapid development, the criminal department has also made great progress in terms of scale, performance, and professionalism. These achievements are inseparable from the efforts of all members. While practicing "relative scale", the criminal department must still uphold the spirit of "absolute specialization", make continuous progress and development, encourage everyone to work intensively in subdivided fields, and strive to be the lead in the country. Jun Wang, a member of the criminal department, put forward a series of constructive suggestions for the development of the criminal department.

In order to welcome the arrival of the newcomers and deepen mutual understanding, members of the criminal department introduced themselves. Yanling Ding, deputy director of the criminal department, and Weifeng Jiang, a partner, introduced the history of Landing's criminal department and the characteristics of its members in humorous language, which won rounds of applause from everyone.

Ou Zhang, an excellent lawyer from the criminal department, actively responded to the call of the state and signed up to participate in the "Tibet Lawyer Service Group" activity. After passing the assessment, she will soon enter Tibet to provide legal aid and public welfare legal services. Lawyer Ou Zhang said that she has had a dream of aiding Tibet since she was in college. Now that she has such an opportunity, she hopes to seize it and challenge herself. She also responds to the call and contributes wisdom and strength to the construction of a united, prosperous, civilized, harmonious and beautiful socialist modernized new Tibet.

Wenjia Zhou, deputy director of the criminal department, showed tribute to lwayer Ou Zhang, who is about to aid Tibet, on behalf of all the members of the criminal department. He hoped that lwayer Ou Zhang could enrich her life experience in the snowy plateau, spread Landing's philosophy, and return in good health as soon as possible.

Next, everyone raised their glasses together, welcome newcomers to join, and bless lawyer Ou Zhang. Everyone got to know each other, communicated with each other, and deepened their friendship. The old lawyers also combined their own experiences and shared their experience with the newcomers without hesitation.
