At that time, I passed by these two buildings in a trance, the two buildings under construction, and I repeatedly emphasized to my friends that we will definitely move into the whole floor here in two or three years. At that time, they hardly believed it. In fact, even myself not much to believe. Because in that time, our hardware and material conditions of Landing can hardly reach more than 95% of the law firms in Shanghai, but in just over two years, the Landing people have taken a solid and unique step with their inner spirit and the soft power of the Landing. As far as this step is concerned, Landing people have fulfilled the promise of Landing "absolute professionalism", and have been highly recognized by the market in terms of public praise, professional image and professional influence. Landing has been recognized and entrusted by more than 130 of China's top 500 companies. This is the specialization of Landing.

It took only two years for Landing to stick to the concept of "relative scale". We are not greedy or impatient, and we are "relatively large" in order to adhere to absolute specialization. We have established 11 domestic branches, and six are in preparation, and we have established more than 20 overseas branches or offices, but each of our branches adheres to professionalism. So far, Landing has become one of the law firms with the most outlets in developing countries in the world. Landing have practiced "Strong Internationalization" in two and a half years. In two and a half years, our headcount scale, our network scale, and our revenue have leapfrogged by ten or even twenty times. So, I am very grateful. We should be grateful to every client and every legal person in the community, whether it is a legal matter or a judgment, they have affirmed the efforts and achievements of Landing countless times. What makes me particularly proud is that in the past two and a half years, under such impressive performance, Landing people have not received a single complaint. As I said, two years ago, a dozen entrepreneurial partners almost endured hardships, and they never gave up. I am grateful to these entrepreneurial partners. I would like to thank everyone here and every Landing person in front of the video. There are many simpler and smoother choices on your life path, but you chose Landing, standing with us through thick and thin. 2. Landing people practice democratic and scientific management, and the partnership system for all employees

Landing’s current development should be attributed to the democratic and scientific system created by all Landing people. We created this law firm management model that unreservedly and firmly practiced democratic science, so that every Landing people fully feel professional honor, fairness and equality on the Landing platform. The development of Landing is due to the interests transferred by so many partners in the top-level design, so that every Landing employee can enjoy the full partnership. The century-old store that Landing people hope to forge has a very solid intergenerational justice. When we moved into this building yesterday, there were more than 30 independent rooms and more than 40 partners. 3. Landing people follow in the footsteps of legend and practice the internationalization of China's legal industry

We know that everyone gathered today, and we are standing in this treasured land. Before the founding of the People's Republic of China, our great national leaders Zedong Mao, Xiaoping Deng, Enlai Zhou and other leaders set sail on the pier on the left hand side. Their departure also brought internationalization to our country and nation. Today, Landing people are standing here, following in the footsteps of legend, we also want to be internationalized, and we are practicing the internationalization of China's legal industry. We know that we are gathered together as a fleet, including me and you, each of us is a soldier of the fleet. We set sail again, and we face the future. As many economists, philosophers, and politicians say, there are great uncertainties in the transformation of society, whether it is the transformation of social structure, system transformation or democratic transformation. The technological revolution, AI system, and the brutal competition in the legal industry have also brought us great uncertainty. Multiple disasters, whether it is floods, economic structural disasters, or the Covid-19, have also brought great uncertainty to the legal industry to face an uncertain event. I see every expression on every Landing people’face, so calm and composed, because Landing people are determined in our hearts, and what Landing people are so sure is walking together is our inner mission, and do not forget our original intention. At the beginning of the establishment, Landing established the starting point and main goal of our business. On the road to the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we need a strong international firm dominated by Chinese. Standing on the Shanghai, standing in the center of Shanghai-style culture, our generation can fully shoulder this heavy responsibility, so today I want to emphasize again that when we set sail again, Landing people must not forget our original aspirations, our original intention and mission is to build a strong international Chinese-dominated law firm.

4. Landing adheres to the spirit of craftsman and meticulously creates legal service products

As a group of lawyers, each of us can be sure is our professionalism. The absolute specialization requires every Landing people to be able to specialize in their field of expertise, stick to their own professional fields, and be able to provide the society with the best professional skills and professional knowledge. The reason why Landing people can determine the direction of their career is that we hope that each of Landing people should have the spirit of craftsmanship, so that any client, any legal product, and any legal affairs, legal counsel, and processes are like our handicrafts as beautiful as that. We are artists, we are all craftsmen, every service and every success we have can reflect the quality of Landing. 5. Landing people should learn from themselves and live up to Landing

A few days ago, a partner asked me to take down the 36th or 38th floor upstairs by this time next year (applause). There is no need to applaud for this. In my opinion, this is a small matter, which is too small for Landing people. From you, I can firmly believe that we must be the top ten law firms in Shanghai in two to three years, we must be the top ten law firms in China in three to five years, we must be one of the top ten law firms in the world in five to ten years, and Landing will definitely be able to create a strong and large international Chinese-dominated law firm. My confidence comes from your applause. Yesterday's achievements will certainly become a passing cloud, but you will see Landing's future. The current prosperity may become a thing of the past, the ship of our Landing will forge ahead. The wealth in our hands may be so mediocre and vulgar. Every Landing person must remember the dream in our hearts and we must remember the historical burden on our shoulders.

You all often say "Chase your dreams and live up to your youth". What I want to say today is that every one of us in Landing can learn from me and live up to Landing.
