Little handsome guys and little beauties, handsome guys and beauties, and senior handsome guys and beauties here, everyone is so beautiful and handsome today! This is an amazing moment. We are family. We are together. I love all of you.

I am so honored to stand here, and welcome all family members on behalf of Landing. At such a moment, I am so honored to represent Landing people and report to every family member the arduous journey we have taken this year and share our achievements with every family member.

1. Compared with 2018, in 2019, the scale of Landing has more than doubled, the revenue has increased by nearly three times, and the profit has increased by more than four times

I remember at this time a year ago, in the blue sea and sky of the Philippines, our partners and all colleagues made plans for 2019. I tell you very frankly that at that moment, I was very perturbed; at that moment, we required ourselves to double the number of people, double the revenue, and double the profit within one year. As we all know, 2019 was a year of ups and downs. Whether it was the general environment in China, the downturn in Shanghai, the vicious competition in the lawyer industry, or the difficulties in the legal industry, 2019 was a difficult year for any law firm. Even under such circumstances, a year passed. Today, on behalf of all Landing people, I proudly report to the grandparents, loved ones around you and your children that we did it! Not only did we do it, I also want to tell you that in 2019, Landing's size has more than doubled, revenue has increased nearly three times, and in addition to commissions and effective wages, our profits have more than quadrupled. Such a miraculous development depends on the hard work of everyone here. Of course, just looking at these numbers doesn't make much sense.

As an annual ceremony and a year that has passed, Landing people must think rationally and calmly in front of our achievements, whether we have deviated from our original intention. When Landing was first established, Landing wanted to be an absolutely professional law firm. I was very pleased to see that whether it was the intellectual property team, the family and marriage team, or the overseas investment team, the comprehensive health team and the customs business team, as well as the blockchain team. Whether these teams introduce talents, publish academic articles, or make professional achievements, they have amazed the industry. Their performance is in parallel with our original intention and intention.

2. Landing’ s development is full of joys and sorrows, but it slows down rationally, controls the speed of scale development rationally, and adhered to original intention of building a strong international law firm.

What is worrying is that we seem to have ignored the direction of professionalization in the process of development. Of course, there are also individual lawyers and individual teams that have not better fulfilled the original intention of professionalism. This is the first aspect. In terms of scale, we put forward the slogan that Landing should be relatively scale. From the Landing video played earlier, I can clearly see that such a development speed is almost a miracle for the Chinese lawyer industry and even the world's lawyer industry. In just one or two years, we have deployed more than 20 branches around the world, and have been approved to establish 9 branches in China, which is almost unprecedented. There are good things and bad things. We seem to be very rational in slowing down and controlling our scale. However, in the process of scale development, we are violated and find it difficult to resist the temptation of rapid development.

Our original intention is to build a strong international law firm. In terms of talent introduction, more than 30% of Landing people have overseas study backgrounds and can work bilingually in Chinese and English; we aim to be international, and each team has been entrusted by the 50 world’s top 500 companies and more than 100 Chinese top 500 companies in just one year. 36 listed companies in Pearl River Delta region have entrusted Landing within a year, so in terms of strong internationalization, our achievements this year are to be proud of. However, we are still very far away from the goal of strong internationalization. Our work is still relatively rough, and we are still very far away from the big international law firms.

3. I am proud of one big event and one small thing for Landing. Landing people are all under the blue sky. They are both bosses, business partners, and family members. They can make a cup of the warmest coffee and into the hands of the clients.

Despite our humble beginnings, two recent events have given me great peace and comfort. The first is a major event. A law firm in Zhejiang Province that ranks among the top ten, with more than a dozen senior and excellent professional partners, leads nearly 100 excellent lawyers, and brings nearly 100 million in revenue to join us at Landing. This move is almost a miracle for the Chinese legal community! In the history of China's legal industry, there has never been a top ten law firm with more than 100 people and an income of more than 100 million to join a law firm with only more than 100 people. This is the first time to be proud of major event.

The second thing is a small thing and something to be proud of. Since the beginning of the establishment of Landing, we have tried to implement a law firm with top-level system design of collective glory. The partners set up an all-member partnership model, which is the innovation of Landing people; this is a major move of our Landing people to work together for good; this is an important model for our Landing people to help each other forward. At the beginning of its establishment, all partners were very apprehensive, not knowing what kind of results this system would bring about, and what kind of difficulties this system would encounter in the process of implementation.

When the year-end data came out, I still arrived at the firm's office around 8 a.m. In the past, when I arrived at the office around 8 a.m., the cleaner would always greet me and say, "Good morning, director." I would also say "Morning elder sister" to her. But since our year-end data was released, I responded very calmly. She said "Hello, Director" and I said "Hello, Boss". In the system of full-member partnership, Landing, whether it is the cleaner, assistant, senior partner, or even the founding partner, is under a blue sky, and each other is the boss and business partner, it's a family. Because the year-end data is pulled out, I can clearly see that cleaner can get a profit dividend of about RMB 6,000. It is not a bonus, not a salary. It is a heavy profit dividend. A kind of profit sharing. Such a small number, such a small incident, gave me a lot of confidence, and made me respect and love Landing family even more, because at least I can say with certainty that among the law firms in the world, only Landing can brew the most heartwarming cup of coffee and hand it to the clients. Because the cleaner who makes the coffee is also the boss and a craftsman.

This one big thing and one small thing makes me so proud of Landing. All the results, all the numbers, have reasons to surprise us. But we know that there are many ups and downs on the way forward. All the efforts and achievements have reasons to make us more confident on the way forward, but we also have reasons to question. We know very rationally that there is still too much cruel competition and an even worse environment in the legal industry in China and on the road of our career.
 

4. Landing people shoulder the mission of the times, especially China's mission of the times. They must not deviate from fairness and justice in the process of practicing, and must abide by the moral bottom line

In 2020, we have entered the 2020s, and our front is just like the sea outside our window. Although we are sailing towards the sea, we don't know when the waves will be rough. There is only a group of us, we all work together, we are all on the same ship, moving forward together towards our set goal. Today, I hope that every Landing people here will not forget their original aspirations. We must keep in mind why we created Landing. Standing in the sense of this era, everyone has to support their families and settle down for their loved ones, but at this point in time, we must not forget that we are a lawyer, we are legal people, and shoulder the mission of the times, especially China's mission of the times, we must build a respected law firm dominated by Chinese that is fully respected by the international legal industry on the international stage! So, I hope that everyone here will not deviate from fairness and justice in the process of practicing, must abide by the moral bottom line, and must advance towards our established great goals. Only your goals are correct, settling down and supporting your family is not the important thing to do.. If the goal is wrong and the direction is wrong, we will be like a big ship floating on the sea. It is impossible for us to succeed!

I still remember that at the beginning of my career, my father inscribed a picture for me: "regulate the family, maintain the state rightly and make all peaceful". In my understanding, raising a family and eventually bringing peace to the world are the same thing. In order to manage your family and support your family, you must be as fair as running a country, and you must have the mind to make world peaceful. Because everyone here is Landing's boss and business partner. You can work hard to make money, but you must have the mind of governing the country and world peace. This is Landing's original aspiration remains unchanged. With a direction and a concept, we need to be down-to-earth and have greater confidence, because in 2020, the coming year, we will face too many challenges, and we must have greater courage to take our major measures. Our office area has been expanded four times, and the hardware facilities are almost top-notch in Shanghai. In 2020, the number of practicing lawyers in the Shanghai headquarters alone is set to exceed 200. In 2020, the revenue of the Shanghai headquarters is entirely likely to exceed 200 million. But we do not use simple numbers to represent reputation. We need greater innovation for more goals ahead.

In the past few days, Landing submitted a report to the Guangdong Provincial Judicial Bureau system, we hope to build a Landing Building in Nansha District, Guangzhou, China’s chief opening place. We don't care how majestic the building is, what we care about is that at this point in time, Landing people can grasp the great momentum of the era of change, and change the traditional lawyer's operation mode through the Internet, AI system, and marketing. Let Landing enter an advanced international firm with technology, network and AI systematization as soon as possible in a short period of time. This is the direction, this is the big move. For any big undertaking or a big stage, it is not enough of right direction and it is not enough of right measures. A career is like a stage, everyone here is a dancer on this stage, everyone here will be under our spotlight, and everyone here will be the lead dancer in the dance music. If only one dancer has uncoordinated movements and blurry eyes, Landing people will not be able to perform a shocking dance on the world stage.

5. Landing people must let go of the present, give up the ego, and let go of the little love, so as to achieve Landing and great love, and jointly create brilliance and greatness.

To succeed in our business, I hope everyone here can engage in collectivist common management behaviors. Law firms cannot work alone and cannot be too self-interested. If there is only self without the team, only small love without big love, and you only care about your own one-third of an acre of land, you will basically return to the small peasant society, and you will always be a small businessman in that era. If we want to create brilliance and greatness together, we must give up the present, give up the self, give up the small love, and achieve Landing. I am very pleased to see that the extra efforts and dedication of many partners and assistants of Landing, including many of our administrative staff, and have transferred a lot of current interests and achieved the growth of the team and the future space. Therefore, whether it is the all-member partnership system, team building, or professional requirements, there is a requirement in the main theme of Landing people. Everyone will create a different Landing by common management with the glory of collectivism. Because we are all dancers, if we all can grasp the main theme of positive energy and coordinate with each other, we will definitely achieve our glory.

We came to Japan today, and we visited Nagasaki yesterday. Have you noticed that although the Japanese nation is small in stature, it is highly admired by the world. In the past few years, no matter how hard we struggle, our values of life must be respected by our loved ones around us, the world and our peers. This time we come to Japan, we want to learn from this nation. After World War II, Japanese women were able to hand over all their jewelry and family property, giving up their current vanity and achieving the greatness of this nation. Landing people should learn from them, transfer our current small cases, small benefits, small time, small hardships, and achieve the future of our collective. This is what we hope everyone here can learn from this spirit of the Japanese Yamato nation when we come to Japan this time. Let us all integrate our strengths together and develop together.

6. Landing people adhere to the spirit of craftsmanship. No matter how big or small their business is, they cannot deviate from craftsmanship, nor can they deviate from their admiration and awe for the profession.

Yesterday afternoon in Nagasaki, in the small coffee shop in front of the Catholic Church, I invited beautiful women to drink coffee together. The waiters and bosses are all Japanese in their seventies. When a cup of coffee was served, I was very moved. There is such a refined and elegant couple running a coffee shop here. Don't they have wealth? I think the store is his own property. Shouldn’t they travel around the world and cultivate their moral character? But they adhere to the spirit of craftsmanship. Why don’t we lawyers do the same? If everyone in Landing can learn this kind of craftsman spirit from the Japanese, we can respect the profession in our hearts, and we can have the century-old spirit of craftsmen in our hearts, every case in our hands will be like that cup of coffee warms the hearts of the world, and our business is as everlasting as that coffee shop. We want to be a century-old store. I have said many times that when we are old, I hope that everyone here, like the 70-year-old and 80-year-old coffee shop owner, will tell our grandchildren and children gloriously, we've made a career out of it. No matter how big or small our business is, we cannot deviate from our ingenuity or our admiration and reverence for the profession.

Speaking of this, I am very moved. Although the lights are a bit dim, I can still firmly see our tomorrow and our future from your eyes. As long as we as a group can work together and as long as we can not forget our original aspirations, we will surely set sail. We can foresee that by this time next year, we may already be a respected law firm in the top ten law firms in Shanghai; maybe give us another two or three years, and we will work harder, and we, Landing, will definitely be a respected top ten law firms in China!

Now I have reasons to propose: everyone raises the wine glasses in your hands. First of all, I propose, for our family, for the health of Landing people in 2020, and all the best, cheers!
