Recently, following a rigorous evaluation by Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) in terms of qualifications, scale, legal service team, lawyers' qualifications, experience, and expertise, a service team led by Senior Partner Lawyer Wu Bin of Shanghai Landing Law Offices was successfully selected for COMAC's legal roster.

Established on May 11, 2008, with its headquarters in Shanghai, COMAC is the main entity responsible for the implementation of China's major aircraft project, specifically focusing on large passenger aircraft. It serves as the principal entity coordinating the development of trunkline and regional aircraft, and is a key player in realizing China's civil aircraft industrialization. COMAC engages in research, production, and test flights of civil aircraft and related products, as well as business activities related to aircraft sales, services, leasing, and operations. COMAC includes various units such as the Design and Research Center, Final Assembly and Manufacturing Center, Customer Service Center, Beijing Research Center, Civil Aircraft Test Flight Center, and Basic Capability Center. It also has offices in Los Angeles and Paris to facilitate operations in the United States and Europe.

 

COMAC adheres to the development guidelines of "developing civil aircraft, strengthening the industry, exploring innovation, and striving for excellence," along with the technical roadmap of "independent research and development, international cooperation, and international standards." It pursues a direction of "industrialization, internationalization, and marketization," aiming to create safer, more economical, comfortable, and environmentally friendly commercial aircraft.
