Li Haibo, Director of Finance Department and Senior Partner of Landing (Shanghai) shared the topic: How to open the financial legal market. Mr. Li Haibo analyzed from four aspects that constitute the financial market how to enhance one's professionalism and transform one's thinking mode in the context of diverse underlying assets, to better open up the financial legal service market.

Chen Xinmei, Senior Partner and Director of Insurance and Maritime Department of Landing (Shanghai), spoke on the topic: Lawyer Business Opportunities in Liability and Asset Side of Insurance Industry. Starting from the key data of the insurance industry in 2021, Ms. Chen looked for business opportunities on the liability side and the asset side respectively, integrated various legal service opportunities in the insurance industry from traditional to newborn, and put forward the concept of accumulating advantages, teamwork, and pulling market.

The last guest of the morning session was Mr. Zhu Jiwen, the executive director of Landing (Chengdu) and expert consultant. Mr. Zhu shared the topic: financial debt settlement strategy. The first speaker in the afternoon session was Sun Xian, a senior partner of Landing, who shared the topic of "Beijing Stock Exchange as an Opportunity - New Opportunities for Financial Legal Services for Science and Technology-Based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises". Sun Xian introduced why and how to provide legal services for technology-based SMEs, using the Beijing Stock Exchange as an entry point. Mr. Sun proposed that based on the specialized team with different division of labor, listing-oriented, industry-oriented and financing-oriented, serving the innovative SMEs will be the trend to adapt to the transformation of the national economic development strategy. As the saying goes, if you seize the trend of the times, you seize the future of lawyers. Technology enterprises will surely become the pillar of China's future economy.

The second guest, Ma Jia, Senior Partner of Landing, shared the topic of "Discussion on Bond Default Disposal". In view of the high frequency, professionalism and interesting features of bond default disposal, Mr. Ma pointed out from the scale of bond market and the way of bond default disposal why bond default disputes are the financial law business worth to be involved in, and at the same time, he took the newly occurred practical problems as examples to discuss the possibility of business development from the side of bond issuers and bond holders.

Zhang Min, Senior Partner of Landing (Shanghai), shared the topic of real estate M&A in today's financial environment.
