Among them, the case of infringement of trademark right and unfair competition dispute between Mr./Ms. Tian, Baiyin Department Store Building (Group) Co., Ltd. and China National Gold Group Gold Jewellery Co.,Ltd, which was represented by Shanghai Landing Law Offices (Lanzhou) was selected as one of the "50 Typical Intellectual Property Cases of Chinese Courts in 2021".

At the same time, the case was selected as one of the "Top 10 Typical Cases of Gansu Courts in 2021" and " Top 10 Typical Intellectual Property Cases of Gansu Courts in 2021".

The case was co-undertaken by Jia Lina and Wang Chenyu of Shanghai Landing Law Offices (Lanzhou).
