I Withdrawal of cases during the investigation stage 

 

1. Mr./Ms. Jiang was suspected of fraud and the case was withdrawn by Yangpu branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

 2. Mr./Ms. Huang was suspected of misappropriation of funds and the case was withdrawn by Pudong Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

3. Mr./Ms. Fan was suspected of organizing prostitution and the case was withdrawn by Xuhui Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau

 

4. Mr./Ms. Li was suspected of theft and the case was withdrawn by Jing'an Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

 5. Mr./Ms. Zhang was suspected of illegal business operation and the case was withdrawn by Hongkou Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

6. Mr./Ms. Xu was suspected of fraud and the case was withdrawn by Songjiang Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

 7. Mr./Ms. Wei was suspected of illegally operating stock futures and the case was withdrawn by Pudong Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

8. Mr./Ms. Zhang was suspected of illegal business operation and was released on bail pending trial. The case was also withdrawn by Hongkou Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

 9. Mr./Ms. Yang was suspected of Introducing Prostitution and was released on bail pending trial by Huangpu Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, then the case was transferred to administrative procedure.

 

10. Mr./Ms. Du was suspected of Introducing Prostitution and was released on bail pending trial by Huangpu Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, then the case was transferred to administrative procedure.

 

Ⅱ No prosecution during the procuratorate stage

 

 1. Mr./Ms. Chen was suspected of fraud. Shanghai Changning People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

2. Mr./Ms.Chen was suspected of unit bribery. Shanghai Hongkou People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

3. Mr./Ms. Liu was suspected of false VAT invoices. Shanghai Jiading People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

4. Mr./Ms. Li was suspected of forging official documents of state organs. Shanghai Baoshan People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

5. Mr./Ms. Cai was suspected of smuggling goods. Third branch of Shanghai People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

6. Mr./Ms. Li was suspected of false VAT invoices. Shanghai Chongming People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

7. Mr./Ms. Li was suspected of dangerous driving. Shanghai Xuhui People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

8. Mr./Ms. Yang was suspected of dangerous driving. Shanghai Pudong People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

9. Mr./Ms. Shi was suspected of forced molestation. Shanghai Minhang People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

10. Mr./Ms. Qu was suspected of intentional injury. Shanghai Xuhui People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

 

11. Mr./Ms. Niu was suspected of forging official documents of state organs. Shanghai Baoshan People’s Procuratorate made the decision not to initiate a public prosecution.

Ⅲ Bail Pending Trial and Probation

 

 1. Mr./Ms. Gu was suspected of fraud and was released on bail pending trial by Xianju County Public Security Bureau.

 

2. A foreign client was suspected of drug trafficking and was released on bail pending trial by Xuhui Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau. The case was also granted probation during the court stage.

 

3. Mr./Ms. Dong was suspected of illegally intruding into others' residences and was released on bail pending trial by Jing'an Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

4. Mr./Ms. Fu was suspected of organizing prostitution case and was released on bail pending trial by Qingpu Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

5. Mr./Ms. Xie is suspected of helping information network criminal activities and was released on bail pending trial by Changning Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

6. Mr./Ms.Xu was suspected of helping information network criminal activities and was released on bail pending trial by the Songjiang Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

7. Mr./Ms.Wang was suspected of extortion and was released residential surveillance by the Huqiu Branch of Suzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

8. Mr./Ms. Yin was suspected of smuggling goods and was granted bail pending trial and probation by Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People’s Court.

 

9. Mr./Ms. Tang was suspected of fraud case and was granted probation by Shanghai Jing'an Court.

 

10. Mr./Ms. Yan, director of a P2P company, was suspected of illegally absorbing public deposits and was granted probation by Shanghai Pudong Court.

 

 11. Mr./Ms. Liu was suspected of traffic accident and was released on bail pending trial by Pingtan People’s Procuratorate.

 

12. Mr./Ms.Wu was suspected of picking quarrels and provoking trouble and was released on bail pending trial by the Huangpu Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau .

 

13. Mr./Ms.Chen was suspected of false VAT invoices and was released on bail pending trial by the Yangpu Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

14. Mr./Ms. Li was suspected of false invoicing and was released on bail pending trial by the Huangpu Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

15. Mr./Ms. Liu was suspected of false VAT invoices and was released on bail pending trial by the Chongming Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

16. Mr./Ms. Chen was suspected of selling counterfeit registered trademarks and was released on bail pending trial by Xuhui Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau. The case was also granted probation during the court stage.

 

17. Mr./Ms. He was suspected of contract fraud and was released on bail pending trial by the Jing'an Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

18. Mr./Ms. Hou was suspected of introducing prostitution and was released on bail pending trial by the Yangpu Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau. The case was granted probation by Shanghai Yangpu Court.

 

19. Mr./Ms. Xia was suspected of illegally absorbing public deposits and was released on bail pending trial by the Huangpu Branch of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau.

 

20. Mr./Ms. Tang was suspected of false VAT invoicing and was granted probation by Shanghai Baoshan Court.

 

21. Mr./Ms. Li was suspected of infringing on citizens' personal information and was granted probation by Shanghai Hongkou Court.
