Ms. Jin Huiling from Ma Haoyu's team of Landing Law Offices has been honored with two awards, namely, the "Star and Moon Award" and the "Literary Excellence Award" by the Criminal Compliance Practice Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association for the year of 2021.

Compliance, especially in criminal compliance, is widely present in state-owned enterprises, public institutions, listed companies, and foreign enterprises. Whether influenced by global economic factors or driven by regulatory requirements or legal obligations, the establishment of compliance measures, whether voluntary or externally mandated, provides us with insights. From the perspective of deductive reasoning, starting from the longer history of legal systems in countries outside the jurisdiction, combined with the implementation of policies by the Supreme People's Procuratorate that align with China's "six stability" and "six guarantees" objectives, the establishment and implementation of compliance or criminal compliance in domestic enterprises is in line with the development trend of economic globalization and the development trend of China's market-oriented legal system. It also aligns with the trend of promoting a socialist economy that is both sustainable and beneficial.
