The discussion was enriched by insights on three specific topics: "Bimodal Thinking in Defending Private Entrepreneurs in Criminal Cases," "The Interplay Between Criminal and Civil Matters in Entrepreneurial Criminal Cases," and "The Complexities in Identifying Shareholder Embezzlement Offenses." The attendees, numbering over 100, received a comprehensive breakdown of the judicial viewpoints and defense tactics relevant to such cases. Tian Lei, the Director of the Criminal Department and a Senior Partner at Shanghai Landing Law Firm, was present at the session and contributed his expert evaluation and comments.

This joint training session saw active participation from over 100 lawyers, spanning four hours and wrapping up successfully at 5:30 pm on the day.
