Lawyer Huang Runsheng, Director of Landing (Wenzhou) Law Offices, has been appointed as a Volunteer Expert for Litigation Services at the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People’s Court of China for a one-year term.

The Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People’s Court, located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, exercises jurisdiction over Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Jiangxi. The court’s Volunteer Expert Mechanism for Litigation Services aims to draw on the expertise of outstanding legal professionals to provide the public with litigation guidance, legal consultation, and dispute resolution assistance. It seeks to help citizens safeguard their rights efficiently and in accordance with the law, improve diversified dispute resolution mechanisms, and enhance judicial credibility.
