On September 1, 2025, Mr. Yin Jun, Senior Partner at Landing Law Offices, was invited by the Law School of Zhejiang University to give a special lecture titled “Ten Possibilities for Young Lawyers Amid the Tide of Going Global.” The event attracted more than sixty legal professionals and students.

During the session, Attorney Yin first shared Landing Law Offices’ valuable exploration and practical experience in the field of international legal services over the past eight years. He noted that Landing has established offices in 26 countries and regions worldwide, forming a preliminary global legal service network that covers key regions and provides systematic legal support for numerous Chinese enterprises investing overseas. Mr. Yin emphasized that Landing upholds an open and collaborative spirit and welcomes cooperation and exchange with more peers to jointly enhance the capabilities of Chinese lawyers in the international legal market.

In the main lecture, Attorney Yin elaborated on “Ten Possibilities for Young Lawyers Going Global.” From multiple perspectives, including business positioning, capability building, market selection, and cross-cultural communication, he combined typical cases and first-hand experience to introduce practical pathways and development directions for young lawyers seeking to engage in international competition. He pointed out that, against the backdrop of China’s national strategy encouraging foreign trade and investment, and the continuous expansion of Chinese enterprises’ overseas presence, Chinese lawyers are bound to become key participants in cross-border transactions, international compliance, and dispute resolution.

In conclusion, Mr. Yin summarized and reflected on the current state and future of Chinese lawyers’ globalization. He remarked that the future of China’s international legal services belongs to those who can truly bridge linguistic barriers, institutional divides, and cultural differences. “Going global,” he said, “is not a migration, it is an act of courage and choice.”
