Senior Partner Xinxin Chen led several renowned Chinese brands to attend the Seminar on Combating Counterfeit Goods, Intellectual Property Infringement, and Trade Fraud under the New Situation, hosted by the Vietnam National Steering Committee 389. Over 300 representatives from 28 provinces, including officials from Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Defense, and General Department of Market Management, attended the event. Ms. Chen discussed strategies for IP protection and helped strengthen the legal safeguards for Chinese enterprises operating in Vietnam.

 

A legal service case handled by Yinn Xiangnan, Director of Landing Changsha Office, was included in the publication “Belt and Road Legal Service Review,” edited by Legal Daily and published by China University of Political Science and Law Press.

 

Partner Yaochang Lin was invited by the Jinan Lawyers Association to give a thematic presentation titled “Practical Insights: Common Paths and Risks for Enterprises Going Global.”

Partner Xing Li co-hosted an event titled “Special Session on Tax and Finance for Chinese Enterprises Going to Singapore” together with Singapore’s Viju Group and Quals.

 

Lawyer Yuchao Zhang was invited to attend the “Ningju Fengcheng: Embracing a Digital Future—Pre-departure Exchange Session for Saudi Arabia and UAE Trade Delegation.” He provided in-depth analysis on Middle East compliance and offered practical guidance for Chinese enterprises operating legally in the UAE.

 

Lawyers Xiaoqiong Zou, Yao Fu, and Zhi Yi attended a training session on “Prevention of Foreign-related Commercial Risks and Dispute Resolution,” organized by the Foreign-related and Antitrust Committee of the Hunan Lawyers Association.

 

Lawyer Peijia Qin was invited to participate in a Global Outbound Ecosystem Alliance event, where she delivered an in-depth presentation titled “Complete Guide to Investment in Indonesia: A Practical Handbook from Establishment to Operation.”
