On April 23, 2025, Senior Partners Yu Benjun and Chen Xinxin of Landing Law Offices were invited to visit the Shanghai International Cooperation Association of SEMs. They met with President Qian Zhenhua and Vice President Sun Jianlong to hold in-depth discussions on international strategy alignment, cross-border services for SEMs, and international public procurement.

Focusing on the goal of “aggregating global resources to empower SEMs,” both sides explored how legal, financial, and policy coordination can help Chinese enterprises compete internationally. Building on this collaboration, Landing will work with Landing Vietnam to form a specialized team, providing compliant solutions to address international trade frictions and supporting Chinese enterprises to navigate complex global environments with confidence.

This meeting marks a deep integration between the two parties on the path of internationalization.
