Lawyer Ding Yong obtained his legal qualification in 1993. In 1994, he served as a legal advisor for the Agricultural Bank of China's Shanghai Branch and the Agricultural Bank of China's Shanghai Trust Investment Company.
In 1998, Ding participated in the establishment of Grandall Law Firm, serving at Grandall Law Firm (Shanghai). Ding is highly familiar with the operations of large commercial banks and trust investment companies. He has extensive experience in various business areas of trust companies, such as investments, internal and external lending, stock and bond issuance, financial leasing, property transactions, and real estate industry loans.

Work Highlights

Participated in the formulation of 508 standard documents for the Agricultural Bank of China, ranging from large international syndicated loans to small loans for farmers and herdsmen.
Served as a legal advisor for several state-owned and private enterprises, including the Agricultural Bank of China's headquarters, China Minsheng Bank's headquarters, COFCO Group's Shanghai branch, Narada Group, Zhongqiao Infrastructure Group, and Chint Group.
Provided comprehensive legal services for Narada Group's large-scale commercial and residential real estate project in Suzhou Linglong Bay. Led the legal work for Vanke Real Estate Company's acquisition of Narada Real Estate Company, the largest acquisition in the country in 2004.
