近日，《商法》（China Business Law Journal）公布了2021年度“100位中国业务精英律师”榜单，兰迪律所知识产权部高级合伙人高锖律师凭借深厚的法律专业知识和出色的客户服务能力荣登该榜单。

《商法》每年都会针对中国法律服务市场评选出各类榜单，相关评选结果被广泛认为是反映中国法律服务市场机构及律师服务能力的权威标准之一，而A-List法律精英是《商法》一年一度、唯一的律师个人奖项。为表扬这100位中国业务优秀律师本年度之杰出表现，《商法》根据众多中外企业法务、高管及律师的共同推荐，最终评选出A-List精英律师榜单。

高锖律师2010年毕业于华东政法大学，获知识产权法硕士学位，毕业后曾执业于Dentons上海办公室，2019年正式加盟兰迪律所，现为兰迪律所管委会委员，知识产权部副主任，上海大学法学院校外职业导师，上海视觉艺术学院文化创意产业管理学院校外导师，曾荣获商法2021年度《商法》“律师新星”奖，入选中国业务青年精英律师榜单。

Bill Q. Gao graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and got the degree of Juris Master, and focuses hispractice on Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition, Cybersecurity and Data Protection and Disputes Resolution. He is now one of the managing partners of Landing Law Offices and the head of the intellectual property department of Landing.

Mr. Gao started his career practicing law at Dentons (Shanghai office) in 2010. He has more than 10 years of experience practicing law, and has extensive theoretical and practical experience in intellectual property rights, unfair competition, international civil and commercial disputes, and non-litigation fields. His clients are mainly in the telecommunication, media, entertainment, and technology (TMET) fields. He has handled more than 200 litigation and arbitration cases related to intellectual property rights and unfair competition for domestic and overseas clients, involving trademark, patent, copyright, business secret protection, domain name, franchise, and technology transfer and development disputes, as well as other contract and infringement disputes. His specialty is in handling important and complex intellectual property right dispute cases related to the internet and high-techfields. He has handled civil and administrative litigation cases related tointellectual property rights in courts at all levels, and has handled a large number of litigation and arbitration cases in Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Beijing Internet Court, Guangzhou Internet Court, Shanghai High People's Court, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, National Arbitration Forum (NAF), Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), etc.
