Landing's Fourth Youth Training Camp — Equity Incentive Practice Class Successfully Held in Xiamen

From March 22nd to 24th, 2024, Landing's Fourth Youth Training Camp — Equity Incentive Practice Class was successfully held in Xiamen. This session of the youth training camp was jointly organized by Landing (Xiamen) Law Offices, Landing's Specialized Construction Committee, Landing's National Youth Work Committee, and Landing's Shanghai Youth Lawyers Work Committee. Nearly 70 Landing colleagues from offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Hefei, Shijiazhuang, and other cities gathered in Xiamen to embark on a two-day, one-night journey of practical equity courses.

On the morning of March 22nd, the camp officially began with a speech from Director Liu Yixing of Landing's Global Management Committee via video, expressing earnest wishes and expectations for young lawyers. He hoped that young lawyers would uphold the principle of "professionalism first," utilize the Landing platform, focus on their professional fields, ignite entrepreneurial passion, and carve out a space of their own. Following this, Lawyer Yu Guilian, the founding partner of Landing Xiamen, delivered a speech, sharing her personal experiences to emphasize the importance of perseverance and long-term commitment to professionalism in achieving success.

Partner Zhuo Xionghua from Landing Xiamen office initiated the first class of the youth training camp. He provided a detailed introduction to equity incentive business, covering topics such as client psychology, market size, the value of legal services, and team service advantages, guiding everyone through the basics of equity incentive. Subsequently, Senior Partners Rao Xiaoying and Gu Chunhui from Landing Xiamen shared methods and approaches for addressing specific issues and engaging clients in equity incentive services through practical case studies. The evening salon session was hosted by Lawyer Li Wenzhi, Director of Landing's National Youth Work Committee. After group discussions, representatives were appointed to introduce group members to enhance communication and interaction. Following this, a free questioning session ensued, during which Lawyer Yu Guilian and other partners from the Landing Xiamen shared stories of the office's entrepreneurial journey and growth in response to enthusiastic inquiries from the audience.

On the second day of the training camp, Lawyer Zhuo Xionghua delved into how to better respond to and address different client needs during business negotiations, starting from client classification. Subsequently, representatives from each group participated in on-site negotiation exercises as entrepreneurs and lawyers. The best performances and solutions were voted on and awarded. In the afternoon, Senior Partner Lin Shaojing shared a case of equity incentive in a traditional industry factory enterprise owned by a couple of shareholders. Finally, Lawyer Xu Sheng, representing young lawyers in the team, shared his journey of choosing and firmly pursuing the path of equity.

At the end of the course, Lawyer Yu Guilian delivered a concluding speech, inviting everyone to jointly explore the equity business market in the future. Landing Xiamen will spare no effort in providing professional sharing and team support for lawyers aspiring to engage in the field of equity.

 

In today's fiercely competitive industry environment, talent competitiveness is a reflection of a modern enterprise's core strength.
