Zhonggu Logistics, identified by stock code 603565, recently disclosed that its fully-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Changkun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. [上海长琨置业发展有限公司], has nearly finalized the acquisition of a 100% stake in Shanghai Jinwan Changkun Management Consulting Co., Ltd [上海金湾长琨管理咨询有限公司]. This acquisition positions Shanghai Jinwan Changkun as a direct subsidiary of Zhonggu Logistics, with the equity transaction valued at RMB 2.7 billion.

Throughout this acquisition, Landing Law Offices rendered a suite of legal services, encompassing legal due diligence, comprehensive transaction documentation, negotiation facilitation, and transfer of ownership. Spearheading this project was Yin Jun, the Executive Director and Senior Partner at Landing Shanghai. Collaborating on this endeavor were Senior Partners Sun Xian and Li Rong, along with Associate Peng Siwei and Legal Assistant Tao Tianji.

Established in 2003, Zhonggu Logistics stands as a pioneer in China's domestic container shipping sector. Their consistent growth trajectory has earned them accolades as a top taxpayer for several years.

At present, Zhonggu Logistics boasts an expansive network, spanning numerous provinces and over a hundred ports in China, with a workforce nearing 2,000. Operating a fleet of 120 container vessels, their vast shipping routes encompass nearly 20,000 kilometers of China's coastline and pivotal ports along the Yangtze River.
