As a distinguished legal scholar and community leader on both sides of the Pacific, Mr. John Z. Huang has considerable expertise in foreign investment, international business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, dissolution and liquidation of foreign-invested enterprises, and risk structuring. As an LCA（the Litigation Counsel of America）member of the Trial Lawyers Honor Society and an Illinois Super Lawyer, Mr. Huang has also taught at several law schools in both China and the U.S. He has published several articles on legal issues in both Chinese and English, including Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions (2015) and Overseas Investments (2013), both published by Wuhan University Press, and Overseas Investment Immigration (2019) published by China Law Press.

Mr. Yilun Alan Hu is a practitioner in the application of legal technology and innovation on litigation and transactions. With a J.D. from Kent College of Law and Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Mathematics and Operations Research, Mr. Hu possesses a dual background of both law and science and technology, which provides him with an advantage when it comes computer science laws and engineering laws.
