On June 30th, the Cross-Border Digital Trade Summit (China•Lingang) titled "Digital Trade in Motion, Mutual Benefit Worldwide" was successfully held. The event saw the participation of officials such as Sun Xiaohe, the Director of the Financial Trade Department of the Lingang Special Area Management Committee; Yan Bei, Deputy Director of the International Service Trade Department of the Shanghai Municipal Commerce Commission; Shan Dongming, Deputy Director of the Information Promotion Department (Big Data Department) of the Shanghai Economic and Information Committee; and Sun Canglong, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Lingang Special Area Economic Development Co., Ltd.

During the event, the official signing for the "Lingang Special Area Digital Trade Industry Alliance Service Provider" took place. Attorney Zheng Qin, representing Shanghai Landing Law Offices, was part of the signing process as one of the 19 digital trade service leading entities.

Shanghai Landing Law Offices had already established its presence in the Lingang Legal Services Center in 2022. Lately, Landing has been dedicating efforts towards the co-construction project for the Innovation Laboratory of Lingang International Data Port. On June 23rd, they were inaugurated as one of the first batch of alliance member units for the "Lingang Special Area Digital Trade Industry Alliance".

The Lingang Special Area Digital Trade Industry Alliance seeks to further refine the e-commerce and electronic payment ecosystem, collaboratively delve into the orderly flow of cross-border data, endorse the cooperation of digital identity interconnection, enhance innovation and cooperation in digital technology, and fully capitalize on the distinctive strengths of the Lingang Special Area as an international nexus for digital trade in aspects of openness and interconnectivity. They are actively pioneering "special area solutions" for digital trade.
