Some Foreign-related Activities

On July 7, senior partner Xinli Li participated in the 6th North Bund Lawyer Industry Management and Development Forum. This forum was held in the form of "main forum + sub-forum", guided by Shanghai Bar Association and Judicial Bureau of Hongkou District, organized by Hongkou District Lawyer Industry Political Party Committee and Hongkou Lawyers Working Committee, and undertaken by Hongkou District Foreign Lawyers Special Committee. The theme of the forum was "Set sail on the North Bund to help the high-quality development of foreign-related legal services." The forum also invited more than 120 people, such as leaders from relevant departments in Hongkou District, experts, scholars and lawyers from inside and outside the industry to participate in the discussion. On July 10, the launching ceremony of Xinzhigu International Digital Innovation Port and the launch event of artificial intelligence products hosted by Xinzhigu (Shanghai) Technology Development Co., Ltd. were successfully held. The theme of this forum is "Deepening Legal Cooperation and Building a Prosperous Silk Road". On July 21, the launching ceremony of the 3rd Moot Court (Arbitration Tribunal) Competition (in English) for College Students from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau was held. Senior partners Xinli Li and  Yueqing Li were hired as judges. The competition is guided by the Ministry of Education and the Basic Law Committee of the National People's Congress of PRC, organized by Fudan University, Shanghai International Arbitration Center and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, and has received strong support from the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice and various units of the judicial system. The law schools of 63 universities in the three places have sent 115 teams to participate the competition; 

From July 24th to 28th, senior partner Xiang Tang was invited to participate in the 2023 Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau College Student Moot Court Competition Legal Study Tour and Exchange Activities. The activities included: visiting the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Bar Association, Independent Commission Against Corruption of Hong Kong, the Department of Justice of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, and attending the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau College Student Moot Court Competition, etc.
