From August 11th to August 13th, 2023, the Landing Intellectual Property Youth Training Camp was successfully held at the Intellectual Property College of Qingdao University. Young lawyers are a necessary stage for every lawyer to grow into a senior professional lawyer, and they are also the vast new reserve force in the lawyer group. The growth and development of young lawyers is not only related to the long-term development of law firms, but also heralds the future of the entire lawyer industry, and even affects the process of comprehensively governing the country by law in the new era. In order to promote the vast number of young lawyers of Landing to better integrate into the law firm and improve the professional quality and practice level of young lawyers, Landing Law Offices specially launched a series of Landing Youth Training Camp activities to practice the concept of Landing's "absolute specialization" and helps Landing young lawyers to continuously improve themselves.

On August 11, the warm-up "ice breaking" section of this youth training camp was held in Landing (Qingdao) Law Firm. All the youth training camp students gathered in Landing (Qingdao) Law Firm, enhanced their understanding of each other through fun games, and jointly wrote down the beautiful prospects in their hearts.

On August 12, the youth training camp was officially opened. Lawyer Shenghui Cai, director of the management committee of Landing (Qingdao) Law Firm, Runsheng Huang, director of Landing Intellectual Property Professional Committee, and Zhenghe Yu, dean of the Intellectual Property College of Qingdao University, respectively gave an opening speech.

After the opening speech, the youth training camp of the Landing started. First, Zhenghe Yu, dean of the Intellectual Property College of Qingdao University, gave the students a detailed introduction to the basic literacy, basic understanding, work priorities, and patent document revision skills of patent attorneys with the title of "Promoting the Comprehensive Quality of Patent Attorneys".

Next, the moot court session of this youth training camp kicked off at the Intellectual Property College of Qingdao University. Qi Xiang, Yiyi Shen, Mangmeng Han, Yuting Lai and other students acted as the plaintiff and the defendant respectively, conducting moot court for copyright disputes involving WeChat applets. Lawyer Qiang Gao, senior partner of Landing Law Offices, Runsheng Huang, director of Landing Intellectual Property Professional Committee, lawyer Weichao Jia of Landing (Qingdao) Law Firm, etc. made comments and summaries on the performance of each student, and other students who attended the moot court activities also expressed their feelings about observing the mock trial.

On the evening of August 12th, all the students gathered at the Wish Cafe to discuss the growth path of young lawyers. Lawyer Lei Guo, senior consultant Juan Ye, director Shenghui Cai, Director Runsheng Huang, Lawyer Qiang Gao, and Lawyer Yuanzhen Zhao shared their career choices and career growth experiences based on their own life experiences.

On August 13, Qiang Gao, senior partner of Landing Law Firm, took "Copyright Lawyer Practice" as the theme, firstly introduced his own growth path, and then combined with various cases, explained the methods and techniques of writing legal documents for copyright dispute cases for students.

Weichao Jia, a lawyer from Landing (Qingdao) Law Firm, shared the patent cases he had handled with the title of "Patent Litigation Ideas and Case Sharing", and answered questions raised by the students on the spot.

 Lawyer Rong Li, senior partner of Landing Law Firm, introduced the concept of commercial secrets and the evolution of legislation to the students on the topic of "Protecting "Unspeakable Secrets" - Ideas and Strategies for Commercial Secret Litigation Issues" , and explained the litigation ideas of trade secret disputes.

Finally, Shenghui Cai, director of the management committee of Landing (Qingdao) Law Firm, took the theme of "Patent Lawyer's Occupational Orientation and Growth Path" , and shared the qualities that patent lawyers should possess from the aspects of professional skills and development paths of patent lawyers, and expressed that he looked forward to building Landing patent legal service brand together with everyone.

With the end of the sharing by Shenghui Cai, director of the management committee of Landing (Qingdao) Law Firm, this youth training camp is coming to an end. At the closing ceremony, the instructors and student representatives shared their insights on participating in this youth training camp, and voted for the outstanding campers Qi Xiang and Mangmeng Han of this youth training camp.
