In March 2025, Landing Law Offices (hereinafter referred to as “Landing”) was successfully selected through a competitive process and appointed as the long-term legal counsel for CCCC Financial Leasing (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.

CCCC Financial Leasing (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was registered on August 8, 2016, obtained joint approval from the Provincial Department of Commerce and the Provincial Tax Bureau on October 24, and officially launched operations on November 5. The company has a registered capital of RMB 3 billion and was jointly established by two wholly-owned subsidiaries of China Communications Construction Company Limited—China Communications Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. and CCCC Urban Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. This company is the second leasing company established by CCCC following the establishment of China Communications Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone in May 2014. The establishment of the company represents an important strategic decision in CCCC transformation and upgrading strategy. It further innovates the industry-finance integration model, enriches investment and financing channels, and improves the industrial chain. Leveraging the financial reforms in the Nansha Free Trade Zone, it focuses on Guangdong, radiates across the Pearl River Delta, and connects to the Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asian markets, serving as a key step in the company’s “going global” strategy.
