Recently, key members of Landing Law Offices’ Vietnam team visited the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam, where they were warmly received by Minister-Counselor Wu Guoquan. The two sides exchanged views on investment compliance and risk governance for Chinese enterprises operating in Vietnam.

After hearing the team’s briefing, Minister-Counselor Wu offered four suggestions for expanding legal services in Vietnam: first, strengthen the recruitment and cultivation of professional talent to build a localized service team; second, proactively connect with economic and trade cooperation projects involving Chinese-invested enterprises in Vietnam and deepen business coordination; third, create exemplary benchmark cases to build a strong professional service brand; and fourth, focus on specialized areas such as international investment dispute resolution and anti-dumping response to enhance differentiated competitive advantages. These suggestions chart a clear path for the firm’s further development in Vietnam.

With six years of commitment and the experience of handling more than a hundred matters, Landing has already distinguished itself within the Sino-Vietnamese trade and investment ecosystem.
