From August 11th to August 13th, 2023, the Landing Intellectual Property Youth Training Camp was successfully held at the Intellectual Property College of Qingdao University. On May 30, 2023, Landing Law Offices, acting as domestic legal counsel, facilitated the Jingjiang Port Group Co., Ltd. ("Jingjiang Port Group") in their triumphant issuance of RMB 287 million worth of Free Trade Zone Offshore Bonds on the Macau Stock Exchange. These bonds, with a term of 2.5 years and a 3.8% coupon rate, were issued in accordance with Reg S regulations and categorized as fixed-rate senior bonds. The backing SBLC for this initiative was provided by the Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd., Taizhou Branch.

On June 27th, the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued a notice regarding the 2023 plan for the establishment and revision of local standards in Hubei Province (first batch). Shanghai Landing (Wuhan) Law Offices actively participated in the initiation, formulation, and application for approval of two provincial local standards, "Internet Hospital Service Specification Part 1: General Principles" (Plan No. T-Z-05-2023181) and "Internet Hospital Construction Specification" (Plan No. T-Z-05-2023182), which were officially approved for establishment.
