Using real-world examples, she dissected the risk factors inherent in international engineering contracts and offered strategies for effective risk management.

Ms Hu emphasized that contracts for international engineering projects are inherently complex, characterized by significant scope, extended timelines, substantial financial commitments, diverse stakeholders, overseas locations, and intricate legal frameworks. These complexities pose heightened challenges for legal professionals in offering specialized compliance and dispute resolution services.

The public lecture was simultaneously broadcast online and in-person, attracting a diverse audience that included officials from the Hongkou District Judicial Bureau, legal experts from various Hongkou District law firms, and industry professionals from numerous corporate entities. The event garnered enthusiastic responses, with attendees unanimously expressing their eagerness for further dialogue and engagement.
