Through this immersive case simulation, students engaged with great enthusiasm, thinking proactively and sharing their insights actively. The session was conducted in an engaging and dynamic atmosphere, with students remarking that they benefited immensely from the hands-on instruction.

Attorney Wang Jianyong presented on the theme "A Comprehensive Panorama of Chinese Lawyers' Outbound Legal Practice: Evolution from Infrastructure Construction to High-End Compliance Strategies," structuring his lecture around three dimensions: a historical review, an overview of the current status, and future prospects of Chinese legal services going global. Attorney Wang traced the development trajectory of Chinese lawyers participating in cross-border legal services, while analyzing key service scenarios, business structures, and capability requirements in today's outbound legal practice. His lecture helped students understand how Chinese lawyers are continually expanding service boundaries, deepening professional competence, and establishing their competitive edge within the global legal landscape under the current international economic environment. Meanwhile, proceeding from industry evolution and business frontiers, Attorney Wang Jianyong helped students grasp emerging trends and new opportunities for Chinese lawyers engaging in global legal services.
